On Friday, July 26, 2019, a large crowd gathered at the Cousins Island Chapel to learn about life on Cousins and Littlejohn before the construction of the bridge from the mainland. Longtime island residents Mildred Kenney, Lee Dionne, and Bob Gifford shared their vivid and fascinating memories and photos with the appreciative audience. Yarmouth Historical Society Executive Director Katie Worthing was on hand to record these wonderful oral histories, which are shared below.
