On Friday, September 25, 2026 at 6:00 pm, we continue our new concert series: Folk on the Hill, showcasing local folk musicians performing inside the Old Meetinghouse at 25 Hillside Street in Yarmouth. Our September concert features Maine musicians Jackie Klock and Charlie Pike.
Jackie Klock is a folk singer-songwriter living in Maine. Having recently performed and recorded live at The Studio in Portland, she is currently in the process of recording her debut full-length, LOVE IS THE ANSWER. Klock’s performances deftly bring together atmospheric lightness with direct, memorable lyricism and storytelling, and leave her listeners holding onto her songs long after the end of the performance.
Charlie Pike is a singer-songwriter from Atlanta, and living in Maine. Expertly blending alternative country and folk sensibilities, Pike’s brand of Americana takes inspiration from landscape and home, from Maine and Georgia to San Francisco and the Eastern Sierras. Accompanied by folk instrumentation and on the heels of his debut EP, Pike’s music tells a story not to be missed.
