Looking for a dose of bright color as we await the arrival of spring? We are thrilled to welcome back the members of Art Quilts Maine! Stop by the Stonewall Gallery from March 7 through April 26 to see the latest works from these talented artists. For this show, members were challenged to explore fabric traditions from around the world. The result is a panoply of rich color and texture that is sure to impress. Art Quilts Maine is dedicated to supporting members in their exploration of contemporary quilt art, inspiring creativity and individuality, and promoting the understanding, appreciation, and recognition of contemporary quilters in the state of Maine.
The Art Quilts Maine show will be on view at the Stonewall Gallery from March 7 through April 26, with a free opening reception from 5-7 pm on Friday, March 14. Join us for refreshments and beautiful quilts!
The Gallery is located inside the Yarmouth History Center at 118 East Elm Street and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
