Carl Winslow grew up in Yarmouth, and served as Chief of the Yarmouth Fire Department from 1979 to 1996. He also has served three terms on the Town Council, and was principal of both the Rowe School and the Elementary School. Mr. Winslow was the 2014 Latchstring Award recipient, acknowledged for his exemplary citizenship and leadership in the town of Yarmouth.
