On view now in the Stonewall Gallery is A Summer in Maine featuring new paintings by Freeport-based artist Abigail Gray Swartz. The show will be on view through August 27.
Swartz is a fine artist and illustrator who loves capturing nature’s fleeting moments as well as providing an image to the written word. She earned her MFA from The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2008. She illustrates for publications in the US and abroad, including The New York Times’ Parenting Blog and Lena Dunham’s Lenny Letter.
The Stonewall Gallery is located within the Yarmouth History Center at 118 East Elm Street and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10-5.
